When you choose a primary teaching training course with us, you will be given the chance to adopt a breadth of knowledge across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
This means you have the ability to take your teaching journey down either the route of lower age group or higher; whichever preference you may have at the end of the course.
You will be provided with enriching classroom experiences, where you can learn from current teachers who are passionate, experienced, and knowledgeable. Weekly training sessions will also take place, where you have the opportunity to ask questions and improve your skills and knowledge.
All research and theory-based work you will carry out during your course will be backed up by plenty of hands-on experience and practical work.
There will be plenty of opportunities for local placements in a diverse range of schools as well as the chance to achieve a qualification in Safeguarding Level 1.
Once qualified, you will be provided with ongoing support in preparing for job interviews and applying for employment posts.
Often, due to the long-lasting impressions our newly-trained teachers have made once their course is complete, many of them actually manage to secure jobs in our network of partnering schools.
